Cancelling & Rescheduling your appointment
I politely request at least 24 hrs given notice to change your upcoming appointment, whether this be to Reschedule or Cancel.

If less than 24 Hours notice is given, a 50% charge will apply.

Failure to attend your appointment, will be subject to a 75% charge.
Please contact the Salon below if you wish to amend your upcoming appointment.
Alternatively you can amend your appointment via the link in your booking confirmation email.
Payment
When booking via the online booking system, you will be asked to provide your card details. Please note that this is not a payment. But simply a security for DQ Nails & Beauty to ensure that there are no late cancellations or no-shows.
Payment will be collected after your treatment has been completed within the salon.
DQ Nails & Beauty only accepts Cash or Bank transfer, whichever is easiest or preferred.
When you arrive
I kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. This is to ensure that your full treatment can be carried out.
If you are running late for your appointment, I will always try my best to honour your full chosen treatment, but please note that sometimes this may not be possible. If you are any more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and the ‘no-show’ charge will apply.
Under 16's
Due to Safety & Insurance purposes, anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian for the duration of the appointment.
*Appointments available for under 16's are Nail & Gel nail treatments*
Anyone of the ages of 16 & 17 must either be accompanied by an adult or guardian, or provide written & signed consent.
*As long as consent has been provided, all treatments are available for 16 & 17 year olds.
Patch Testing
For treatments that involve tinting, including Brow Lamination & Lash Lift, a Patch Test is required at least 48 Hours before your booked appointment.
Please note that without a Patch Test, the chosen treatment cannot be carried out.
Patch tests are free, & take a matter of minutes. They are carried out to ensure that you do not have an allergic reaction from the tint & that it is safe for you to have the treatment.
Gift Vouchers
For gift vouchers purchased between July 2023 - May 2026:
All gift vouchers purchased by yourself or given as a gift, will not be extended past the expiry date. This applies in all circumstances.
Gift vouchers will not be refunded or exchanged for cash.
